This is the trailer for the film The Dark Knight. It was released in July 2008 and was directed by Christopher Nolan. The trailer is very dark. It starts with a black screen and a voice over of 'The Joker' which already grabs the audience by his spine-chilling voice. There isn't as much speaking from theother charechters throughout the trailer and it suggest who the two main characters are. With using several establishing shots it gives an idea that the film is set in America and gives a good preview of the 'goody' and 'bady'. With looking at this I have decieded that using several establishing shots would be useful to set the scene in my upcoming trailer.
